At Kardia Integrative Psychiatry, we are in network with the following insurance plans as a courtesy for our clients.
Please note that we do not bill Medicare.
Current In-Network Plans
Cash-Pay / Out-of-Network
We offer cash-pay rates for clients who do not use insurance or whose plan is out of network. We can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please call our office for fees.
