At Kardia Integrative Psychiatry, we are in network with the following insurance plans as a courtesy for our clients.
Please note that we do not bill Medicare.
Current In-Network Plans
Important OHP / Medicaid Notice
Beginning January 1, 2026, PacificSource Community Solutions will no longer serve as a Oregon Health Plan (OHP) CCO for Lane County. Trillium Community Health Plan will become the new CCO.
Kardia remains in network with PacificSource Community Solutions through December 31, 2025.
Due to this transition, we are not accepting new OHP/Medicaid clients.
Kardia is not in network with Trillium, any other Medicaid CCO, or able to bill OHP Open Card.
We are committed to supporting our current PacificSource clients throughout this transition and will provide clear guidance as soon as we receive updated information from the state and Trillium.
Cash-Pay / Out-of-Network
We offer cash-pay rates for clients who do not use insurance or whose plan is out of network. We can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please call our office for fees.
